The structure that forms the base for the creation of Sandwich Plus mattresses represents an ideal balance between solidity and softness, guaranteeing advanced support and high-quality comfort.
The heart of the Sandwich Plus is composed of an expanded polyurethane slab with a density of 30 kg/m3, 9 cm thick. This layer provides a solid and stable base, creating a resistant structure for the mattress.
The second layer adds further support with an additional expanded polyurethane slab but with a density of 28 kg/m3, also 9 cm thick. This intermediate layer helps to evenly distribute body weight, providing optimal support.
The upper layer of the Sandwich Plus is the third layer, composed of memory foam with a density of 40 kg/m3, 5 cm thick. This reactive and adaptable material conforms to the curves of the body, offering personalized comfort.
