Pocket spring supply
Production of medium intensity pocket springs
We offer a supply of high-quality pocket springs and customizable solutions, designed to meet specific individual needs.
The pocket spring, or medium intensity pocket spring, is a mattress support system in which each spring is individually wrapped in a pocket of wear-resistant fabric.
This system is appreciated for its personalized support, reduction of pressure points, and flexibility in conforming to body shapes.
These springs, produced with high carbon content wires and tempered with diameters between 1.70 mm and 2.00 mm, ensure high durability and resistance over time.
Single-zone or differentiated pocket springs
The pocket spring, with a density of 270 springs per square meter, offers two different customization options to meet specific needs.
Single-zone pocket springs "firm" or “soft”
The "firm" single-zone variant of the pocket spring indicates a greater tension of the springs, calibrated to provide more robust and structured support. When body weight is applied, the springs compress less easily, offering firmer support and maintaining a more rigid surface.
On the other hand, the "soft" option indicates that the springs are calibrated to offer greater flexibility and compression. In this case, when body weight is applied to the mattress surface, the springs compress more easily, creating a more enveloping and comfortable sensation.
Differentiated pocket springs with 3, 5 or 7 zones
Customization with 3, 5 or 7 zones involves dividing the mattress into specific sections, each designed to offer targeted support to specific parts of the body. For example, in a 3-zone model, the mattress can be differentiated for the head, torso, and legs. This pocket spring aims to provide the right level of support to each part of the body, reducing pressure points and improving overall comfort.
The characteristics of pocket springs: why choose them
The key characteristics of pocket springs, made with individually pocketed springs, are:
- Structural flexibility - each spring is individually pocketed in a separate pocket, promoting greater independence of movement of the springs without affecting nearby ones and offering personalized support in each zone of the spring system.
- Durability and resistance over time - individually pocketed springs maintain their integrity and resistance even with prolonged use.
