Sandwich Light Mattress Structure

Our Sandwich Light mattress structure represents a solution for the creation of two-layer mattresses, designed to guarantee optimal comfort and support.

The first layer consists of an expanded polyurethane slab with a density of 25 kg/m3, 15 cm thick, which offers a solid and resistant base. The second layer is composed of memory foam with a density between 35 and 40 kg/m3, 3 cm thick, which adds a personalized level of comfort.

The polyurethane core, with its balanced density, provides stability and support to the overall structure. The memory foam, known for its ability to adapt to body contours, overlaps to offer a sensation of softness and adaptability.

This combination of materials creates a Sandwich Light structure that combines the solidity of the polyurethane base with the softness and responsiveness of memory foam, offering a comfortable and personalized sleep experience.
