In the production process of Pocket Boxes for mattresses, we create a pocket spring core, composed of independent springs, each contained in a fabric pocket. We apply a layer of non-deformable foam with a density of 26 kg/m3 above and below the core, ensuring lasting resistance and support.
To give stability to the structure and enclose the springing along the sides, we apply perimeter padding. This approach ensures a robust, comfortable product designed to last over time.
The box with pocket springs and non-deformable foam offers the flexibility to be integrated with additional layers of foam or memory foam, allowing for the creation of a wide range of mattresses while maintaining the same pocket spring base.
This approach allows you to customize the mattress at your company, enabling the creation of different mattress variants using the same pocket box base.
