Standard Box for mattresses with bonnel spring systems
We are a company specialized in the supply of bonnel spring boxes, a technique that involves the application of an expanded polyurethane layer around the bonnel spring core. This allows for customization in different types of mattresses using the same core, to meet the specific needs of various customers.
Our Standard Box option is based on the bonnel spring system, formed by conical springs connected by a continuous intertwined wire, to which a side padding is applied. The side pads of the box are support elements in expanded polyurethane positioned along the sides of the spring system that help stabilize and maintain the compact structure.
The padding is closed above and below with sheets of chiarello felt, a mix of regenerated natural fibers (light cottons) and thermofusible synthetic fibers (polyester).
All this allows the customer to intervene at their company, applying additional layers such as rubber or memory foam on the same spring core.
In this way, it is possible to create different mattress variants using the same bonnel spring base, ensuring versatility and customization in the range of products offered.
