Sandwich mattress structures supply

We offer our customers the supply of Sandwich mattress structures, a solution composed of layers of specially superimposed materials to create a personalized and custom-made mattress. A Sandwich structure is formed by:

• base layer, often made of high-density expanded polyurethane, which provides stable support;
• support layer, designed to offer additional structural support, made with materials that contribute to the overall stability and durability of the structure;
• comfort layer, often composed of memory foam, latex or other comfortable materials, adapts to the curves of the body;

The polyurethane layer can then be combined with memory foam, gel or other suitable materials. Furthermore, it is possible to add supplementary layers of different densities to give further elasticity to the structure.

The specific configuration can vary considerably depending on the type of mattress, the manufacturing company and customer preferences. The sandwich structure offers flexibility in the choice of materials and in the arrangement of the layers, allowing the creation of custom-made mattresses to meet individual comfort and support needs.
