Mattress box production

Production of mattress boxing with quality materials

The production of mattress boxes refers to the creation of a supporting structure that encloses the spring core of the mattress. Boxing involves the application of a layer of expanded polyurethane around the spring core, with the characteristic of being able to be made in different densities, customized according to customer preferences. The structure of the box then includes a top and a bottom slab, both carefully crafted to provide homogeneous support. To further reinforce the product laterally, side buffers that enclose the spring system are introduced. This design contributes significantly to compacting the entire structure, giving the mattress a feeling of solidity and robustness.

The choice of the right box is a key element in the production of superior quality mattresses as its composition can directly influence the performance and comfort of the mattress. There are different types of boxes and each type of box has specific characteristics that influence the anatomical fit, flexibility, and rigidity of the product.
